Title: Researcher
Report to: Researcher Team Leader/Consultant
Salary Range: negotiation
Responsibilities:
Conduct industrial information research, collection and management
Candidate database management and up-date
Work with consultants as well as clients closely for the completion of assignments
Develop search list/reports to clients through headhunting calls
Collect resumes from potential candidates
Candidate screening through reading CVs and telephone conversations with candidate
Qualifications:

College degree or above
Intelligent, quick learner, good team player and able to work under pressure
Relevant experience in recruiting is an advantage
Effective communicator, good interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, creative, energetic with great passion for the job is a must
